As a key member of our team, the Maintenance Lead will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. This includes:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Repairing and maintaining equipment to original performance standards and specifications in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring all equipment is in good working order and performing regular maintenance tasks.
  • Collaborating with equipment suppliers' service representatives as needed.
  • Following all relevant safety guidelines and regulations, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) guidelines, and Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations.
  • Communicating with team members and supervisors to ensure effective maintenance operations.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Industrial electrical and control wiring understanding.
  • Food manufacturing experience.
  • General facility maintenance skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Capability to fabricate and upgrade equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams.
