Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Member Experience Associate to join our team in Dublin, California. As a key member of our branch team, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding service and value to our members through genuine care, personal service, and meeting their needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to members through various channels, including in-branch, phone, and email.
  • Be knowledgeable and proficient with AAA products and services, and adhere to branch operations in accordance with standard operating procedures and compliance.
  • Promote AAA products and services to members to achieve individual and branch goals and reinforce the value of AAA Membership.
  • Understand and anticipate member needs, identify and recommend relevant solutions from AAA to satisfy unmet needs.
  • Work collaboratively with the branch team to achieve sales and service goals, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-3 years of work experience in sales, customer service, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong customer service orientation, active listening skills, and ability to become an expert on multiple product lines and services.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
