Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Member Experience Associate to join our team in Dublin, California. As a key member of our branch team, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding service and value to our members through genuine care, personal service, and meeting their needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to members through various channels, including in-branch, phone, and email.
  • Sell and promote AAA products and services to members, focusing on their needs and preferences.
  • Develop strong relationships with members, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with the branch team to achieve sales and service goals, while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
  • Stay up-to-date on AAA products, services, and operations, ensuring accurate and informed interactions with members.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-3 years of work experience in sales, customer service, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with members and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and applications, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, and be available for occasional travel to business meetings or conferences.
