Business Development Lead

Synechron is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Lead to join our team. As a Business Development Lead, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the IT services sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT services sector.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Work closely with our practice leads and subject matter experts to understand client needs and develop solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and marketing materials.
- Manage and maintain our CRM system to track opportunities, forecasts, and sales activities.
- 5-7 years of experience in sales with a track record of building pipeline and closing business in an IT services focused firm.
- Experience in lead generation using LinkedIn, phone calls, email, and industry events.
- Familiarity with digital transformations and associated business areas, such as recruitment and human resources.
- Excellent presentation and articulate communication skills.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM.
