Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare internal and external correspondence, including contracts, proposals, and event orders.
  • Maintain current and accurate files, including client files.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as setting up house accounts and billing information.
  • Answer incoming phone calls in a friendly and courteous manner.

Requirements

  • Three to six months of experience in a sales or administrative role.
  • One year certificate from college or technical school, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Hotel software knowledge preferred.
  • Solid organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.
