Key Responsibilities

  • Ticket Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner.

  • Problem Solving: Analyze customer issues and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 2 years of customer service experience preferred.

  • Language: Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
Work Environment
