Customer Service Representative - Healthcare

Maximus is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information on our healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and web chat
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide information on our healthcare services and programs
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 6 months of customer service experience required
  • Ability to speak and read English clearly, professionally, and fluently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics
