Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team at Maximus. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities- Provide customer service for basic and routine inquiries and problems via multiple channels, including telephone, email, and web chat.
- Use computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting.
- Provide feedback and input on call trends, processes, procedures, and training.
- Respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources, or more senior staff.
- Follow policies and standard operating procedures, including filling out timesheets and adhering to privacy and HIPAA rules.
- High school diploma or equivalent with 6 months of customer service experience.
- Ability to speak and read English clearly, professionally, and fluently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to organize simultaneous tasks.
- Ability to work as a member of a team.
- Must participate and certify in internal CCO training to begin this role.
At Maximus, we offer a competitive hourly base pay of $17.20, plus a 10% shift differential for evening shifts.
