As the Data Insights Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of institutional research, planning, and effectiveness initiatives. Your expertise in data analysis, coupled with your understanding of higher education trends, will be instrumental in guiding our college towards continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive data collection, analysis, and reporting systems to support institutional planning and decision-making.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to college leadership by providing actionable insights derived from data analysis, contributing to strategic planning and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with faculty, staff, and administrators to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop assessment strategies to measure the effectiveness of programs and initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in institutional research and data analytics within the higher education sector.
  • Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making throughout the college by providing training and support to faculty and staff on data analysis techniques and tools.
Qualifications:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual with a strong commitment to educational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Master's degree or higher in education, statistics, research methodology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in conducting institutional research, data analysis, and reporting within a higher education setting.
  • Expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methods, statistical software packages (e.g., SPSS, SAS), and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
  • A deep understanding of higher education policies, practices, and trends.
