About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Development Representative to join our global team. As a key member of our Commercial Development Team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Responsibilities and Impact

As a Commercial Development Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Qualifying potential prospects through assigned Market Intelligence accounts by segment
  • Identifying and engaging key decision-makers within organizations to discuss our solutions and services
  • Developing new business prospects from multiple sources, including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, and individual research
  • Developing and executing outreach strategies to drive appointments with Sales Representatives
  • Following up on leads and conducting research to identify potential prospects
  • Preparing and analyzing sales pipeline reports and dashboards
  • Working on new logo accounts to engage prospects in the buying process
  • Building and cultivating prospect relationships through regular communication and follow-up
  • Staying up-to-date on product and sales knowledge through training and feedback
  • Continuously learning and adapting to new tools, techniques, and market trends
  • Managing data for new and prospective clients within CRM, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Managing day-to-day time and priorities to deliver results
  • Collaborating with peers to share best practices and stay informed on sales strategy

  • Experienced in telemarketing and/or inside sales
  • Proven track record of achieving quota and meeting activity goals
  • Strong client service skills and ability to build relationships
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
Basic Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-3 years telemarketing and/or inside sales experience
