Job Title: Commercial Sales Representative

At Engineered Floors, LLC, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the commercial carpet market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through strategic account development and relationship-building with key decision-makers.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, including specification, bidding, and supplying commercial carpet solutions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing and product development teams, to stay informed about new products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in outside sales, preferably in the commercial carpet or flooring industry.
  • College degree preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
