We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Coordinator to join our team at Cencora. This role will be responsible for improving the daily operations of the department by contributing to the creation and maintenance of standard operating guidelines, procedures, templates, tools, and training programs.
Key Responsibilities- Manage complex projects related to departmental performance, initiate and maintain business relationships with stakeholders, and manage resources to achieve goals.
- Assist with day-to-day operations, work with teams and management to resolve schedule and resource conflicts, and contribute to the creation and maintenance of standard operating guidelines.
- Proactively search for and present process improvement opportunities to management, assist in defining, planning, and implementing solutions, and identify training needs and develop training programs.
- Identify reporting needs, develop reports to support client requirements and ICS performance goals, and work with supervisors to standardize reporting.
- Monitor and support maintenance of the Document Management System and perform related duties as assigned.
- Requires training in business administration, accounting, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or similar vocations, typically obtained through a four-year Bachelor's Degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Normally requires a minimum of four years of progressively responsible and related experience, including at least two years at a supervisory level.
- Excellent customer service skills, working knowledge of Direct Model client requirements, computer systems, and standard departmental procedures, good interpersonal and relationship-building skills, and proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, EDI, and web site processes.
