We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Media Advertising Specialist to join our team at Acosta. As a key member of our sales and marketing powerhouse, you will be responsible for creating and executing retail media strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Retail Media Strategy Development: Develop and execute retail media strategies aligned with overall business goals, collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align advertising strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Campaign Management: Manage end-to-end sponsored ad product campaigns for entry to mid-tier clients, including keyword research, campaign setup, and performance analysis.
  • Optimization & Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, leveraging data insights to optimize targeting, keywords, bids, and ad placements.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's degree
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in managing retail media sponsored ads with a track record of achieving client objectives.
  • Skills: Understanding of performance marketing, conversion optimization, and online customer acquisition, as well as familiarity with ad technology that supports retail media solutions.
