As a vital member of NCW's Field Support team, you will represent the NCW brand to our field personnel. This role offers the chance to travel to various job locations nationwide as necessary, serving as a crucial link between field staff and our client's onsite representatives. You will play a key role in fostering strong partnerships with our clients while upholding our unwavering commitment to jobsite safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Traveling to job sites across the country to address issues or assist employees as needed.
- Engaging with foremen and field staff to ensure smooth operations on-site.
- Conducting follow-up calls with field employees to confirm they have the necessary resources for their tasks.
- Making independent judgment calls and solving problems collaboratively with the team or Field Support Manager.
- Actively participating in the NCW Safety Committee.
- Promoting a culture of safety among NCW employees.
- Working with the Safety Manager to organize and recruit for safety training sessions.
- Managing the employee disciplinary process for safety infractions.
- Building relationships with competitors' recruits on job sites to expand our network of potential talent.
- Collecting contractor information for reporting to Business Development.
- Establishing connections with influential personnel to promote NCW services and facilitate introductions to Business Development/Regional Sales Managers.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
- Capability to make sound judgment calls when required.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
- Previous experience in specialized or technical roles requiring specific training or knowledge.
- Aspirations to obtain OSHA 500 certification (if not already acquired).
- Curiosity to understand both field and administrative operations as they relate to our field personnel.
