Role Overview:
As a Client Engagement Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and client retention within your designated portfolio.

Your primary objective will be to establish and nurture robust, long-lasting relationships with clients, gain insights into their needs, and promote the comprehensive adoption of our solutions within their operations.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential as you address client inquiries, offer strategic advice, and pinpoint opportunities for expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Relationship Development: Forge strong, trusting connections with your assigned clients. Engage in regular communication to comprehend their needs and challenges.
  • Account Insights: Maintain an in-depth understanding of your key accounts, including their objectives, primary products, ongoing initiatives, and performance metrics.
  • Growth Strategy: Identify and implement strategies for growth within your account base, focusing on cross-selling, new advertising avenues, and enhanced product visibility on our platform.
  • Training Initiatives: Educate new and existing representatives within your accounts on product features, best practices, and overall platform processes.
  • Client Retention: Monitor account health and proactively address potential risks to prevent churn.
  • Data Management: Regularly update and maintain account information in our systems.
  • Client Engagement: Prepare and conduct regular business reviews to align with clients' goals and workflows.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, including Sales, Support, Onboarding, Technology, and Product, to fulfill client requests and initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Client Success or Account Management within a SaaS environment.
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated capability to communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
  • Comfortable navigating a dynamic work environment.
  • U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident status required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the Promotional Products or Branded Apparel sector.
  • Willingness to work in the office a few days a week.
  • Ability to travel occasionally, not exceeding 10% of the time.
