Job Title: Senior Data & AI Engagement Manager

As a Senior Data & AI Engagement Manager at HCL Technologies, you will be responsible for serving as the main point of contact for client concerns and needs related to Data & AI engagement. You will manage large strategic accounts worth $10M+ and focus on growth and customer satisfaction. Your primary goal will be to build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage organizational deliverables using industry-standard methods.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of HCL's products and service offerings to upsell and cross-sell to clients.
  • Stay on top of accounts, ensuring they receive services within their budget and meet their needs.
  • Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization.
  • Lead discussions on AI & ML use cases, business benefits, and implementation of advanced analytics.
  • Have a good understanding of AI platforms provisioned by Microsoft Azure, Google Vertex, or Amazon.
  • Have good technical knowledge and understanding of Cloud Technology, Cloud Data Warehouse/Data Lake platforms.
  • Have expertise in Data Governance practices.
  • Ability to lead solutions for Data Quality, Data Profiling, Data Catalog, and Metadata management strategy.
  • Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Managed revenue of assigned clients, including managing profit and loss of assigned accounts.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
  • Orchestrates activities between HCL and clients at various levels.
  • Finds opportunities to engage clients in a structured way by building winning proposals.
  • Plans resources with the right skills and knowledge for effective engagement on accounts.
  • Manages assigned human resources by leveraging the hire-to-retire process.

Requirements: Travel to client sites is required for this role.
