Job Title: Client Success Manager

At OrderMyGear, we're seeking a seasoned Client Success Manager to lead our client retention and expansion efforts. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring they realize maximum value from our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce client turnover, enhance satisfaction, and encourage client retention and growth.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to identify opportunities for product adoption, upsell, and expansion within the existing client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a point of escalation for complex client issues.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Client Success Managers to meet retention and expansion goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least five years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or a related field within SaaS or eCommerce, with at least two years in a management role.
  • Proven experience leading teams focused on client retention and expansion.
  • Strong understanding of client success metrics and data-driven approaches to improve client satisfaction and retention.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
