Floral Image North America, a premier provider of realistic floral arrangements and plant displays, is in search of a dedicated and enthusiastic Client Relations Specialist to join our dynamic team. The Client Relations Specialist (CRS) will play a crucial role in bolstering the overall sales strategy by selling, retaining, and growing our customer base.

CRSs accomplish this by driving sales, nurturing robust customer relationships, and expanding their clientele. A successful CRS is adaptable and capable of navigating various client scenarios.

Role and Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management

Develop and sustain strong connections with existing clients, acting as their primary contact for all inquiries, orders, and support

Comprehend clients' needs and offer tailored recommendations to enhance their experience and maximize satisfaction

Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to evaluate their satisfaction levels and swiftly address any concerns or issues

Sales Support

Identify new business prospects and apply effective sales strategies to acquire new clients

Utilize diverse channels, market research, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms, to generate leads and convert them into sales

Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to highlight the advantages and features of our realistic floral arrangements

Collaborate with TSM to negotiate pricing, agreements, and terms of sale to optimize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction

Business Development

Spot opportunities for business growth within your designated territory and brainstorm ideas with TSM

Conduct market analysis to remain informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and client preferences

Participate in company-wide training sessions, offsite meetings, trade shows, and conferences to broaden your professional network and promote Floral Image North America's offerings

Work Environment

This is a fully hybrid work position, with 100% travel in the Phoenix region. CRSs will be provided with a company vehicle, computer, and cell phone. The vehicle is branded and is used for transporting the products that our clients appreciate. This role may occasionally operate in a professional offsite office environment where business attire is required.


Floral Image offers comprehensive training, full support, and specific skills development for territory planning, the customer service process, approach, and the use of all technology to facilitate a seamless and efficient work experience.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster client rapport and establish long-term relationships

Ability to effectively present and demonstrate products to potential clients

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales and secure long-term agreements

Self-motivated and target-oriented, capable of working both independently and as part of a team

Excellent time management skills

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Minimum High School/GED Degree

Prior Sales and/or Customer Service experience preferred

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a B2B sales environment

Flexibility to travel within the assigned territory
