Client Relations Specialist

This role offers the possibility of a hybrid work arrangement, allowing for a combination of in-office and remote work, contingent upon the specific responsibilities and organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process orders utilizing an ERP system
- Oversee inventory management and handle returns
- Address internal customer inquiries via Phone, Email, Fax, and EDI (e-commerce system)
- Act as a bridge between internal and external customers to achieve outstanding outcomes
- Balance individual responsibilities while remaining attuned to daily operational demands
- Recognize and anticipate customer needs
- Employ systems, tools, and expertise to effectively manage inquiries
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements that drive efficiency and improve customer satisfaction
- Engage in additional tasks as required to support organizational objectives
- Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in an administrative customer-facing role where precision and process adherence are critical
- Proficient in navigating various software systems and applications
- Ability to understand, recall, and articulate complex transactional information to clients, relying on established guidelines to perform tasks and resolve issues promptly
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in the relevant language
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Adaptable, open-minded, and solution-focused team player
- Capable of thriving in a dynamic environment and executing effectively under pressure
- Focused on individual, team, and organizational goals, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Willingness to travel up to 5%
- Experience in a customer service or call center environment, or within an international business context
- Familiarity with global ERP systems, SAP, Salesforce, and/or inventory management and supply chain processes
- Experience in project management and process improvement initiatives
