ROLE OVERVIEW:


As a Client Relations Specialist with Nanette McClelland-Miller - State Farm Agent, you will create outstanding client experiences that contribute to the success of our insurance agency. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional service to our policyholders by addressing inquiries and assisting with their needs. You will handle billing inquiries, process policy modifications, and offer policy recommendations. Additionally, you will review customer policies and refer clients to sales agents when new policies are required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Establish personalized connections with clients.
  • Respond to incoming calls, texts, and emails.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and friendly disposition.
  • Recommend additional insurance products as needed.
  • Request referrals and client feedback.
  • Conduct comprehensive policy reviews.
  • Document all client interactions in ECRM.
  • Guide clients to a sales representative for new policy initiation.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Possess a Property and Casualty state insurance license.
  • Complete an agreement with State Farm within the initial two weeks of employment by finishing all required training.
  • If not already licensed in Life and Health, begin the licensing process within 60 days.
  • Previous experience in insurance is preferred but not mandatory.
