About the Role

Insight Global is seeking a Client Relations Specialist to become a vital part of a leading manufacturing company. This role is essential for managing the administrative and analytical tasks that support the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

The primary duties include:

  • Efficiently analyzing open order reports.
  • Collaborating with internal and cross-functional teams to track changes in production timelines.
  • Communicating updates to account executives to guarantee precise and timely delivery schedules.
Reporting Structure

This position will report directly to the Director of Client Relations.

Requirements
  • Experience with AS-400 systems.
  • Background in logistics or trucking.
  • 2-4 years of customer service experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
