Primary Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the progress of both new and ongoing client projects.
  • Manage documentation flow, ensuring timely follow-ups and proactive communication with clients.
  • Keep precise records in our project management platform (ClickUp), providing clear updates on task status and client interactions.
  • Engage in necessary communications with clients on behalf of the KORE team, including following up on tasks, providing updates, and coordinating meetings between clients and team members.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to grammar.
  • Willingness to learn new tools, software, and technologies.
  • Familiarity with (or willingness to use) a Mac.
  • A quiet workspace at home with internet speeds exceeding 25mb/s.
