- Presentation Skills: Deliver engaging presentations that showcase the benefits of our solutions and build trust with clients.
- Relationship Builder: Foster strong relationships with clients through active listening, empathy, and a consultative approach.
- Problem Solver: Identify and resolve client issues through critical thinking and creative problem-solving.
- Minimum 2 years of sales, account management, or relationship management experience with a proven track record of accelerating account growth and engagement.
- Ability to navigate multiple internal systems and tools in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate service agreements and build relationships.
- Prior experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Business acumen, analytical thinking, and the ability to think innovatively.
