We are seeking an Administrative Operations Manager to join our team at BURKE+CO. in Marin, CA.

This role will provide high-level administrative support to our C-level executive, requiring exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate meetings and events, including logistics and arrangements
  • Prepare presentations, agendas, and deliverables for senior leadership
  • Manage complex calendars and schedules, ensuring seamless execution
  • Develop and maintain internal databases and spreadsheets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Provide exceptional customer service, representing the company with professionalism and poise

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in executive support or operations management
  • Proven track record of success in managing multiple priorities and projects
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Degree from an accredited university (associates or bachelor's)

Salary range: $150,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
