Founded in Boston in 2011, Formlabs has emerged as a prominent manufacturer in the 3D printing sector. Our dedicated sales and service teams, along with a network of over 100 distribution partners, represent us across various industries worldwide. The Customer Strategy and Operations team is pivotal in driving essential go-to-market initiatives, supporting sales and service leaders with strategic planning, insights, process enhancement, and project management. This enables Formlabs to provide an unparalleled customer experience in 3D printing on a global scale.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Achieve quarterly Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) with demonstrated leadership and measurable impact.
  • Lead intricate sales and service operations projects by assessing requirements, defining project scope, developing approaches and timelines, and collaborating with diverse stakeholders to achieve results.
  • Shape the strategic direction of the Go-to-Market organization by identifying and implementing new strategies aimed at driving growth and enhancing efficiency.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to the Go-To-Market operations team.

Your Qualifications:

  • Degree in Engineering, Economics, Operations, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Over 10 years of experience in sales operations management or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with B2B business models, including SaaS or hardware.
  • Proven ability to take ownership of complex projects and establish self-defined objectives and priorities.
  • Experience in presenting to and influencing C-level executives.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the proficiency to derive insights from data.
  • A sense of ownership and urgency regarding objectives and priorities.
  • Ability to work independently with a high degree of autonomy in ambiguous situations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of SQL and/or data visualization tools.
  • MBA is preferred but not mandatory.
