Job Overview
JMark Services Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Geospatial SIGINT Intelligence Specialist to support our mission. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing geospatial analysis and SIGINT data to support tactical understanding of the operational environment, track assigned targets within assigned portfolio in AOR, and fill intelligence gaps. This position requires the ability to apply geographic information science in response to intelligence needs using SIGINT data collected from foreign systems. The candidate must have a fundamental knowledge of geospatial SIGINT data, analytical methods, and visualization, in addition to technical knowledge of target technologies. The ability to maintain or support the maintenance of reference knowledge databases and dissemination of intelligence is also essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Geospatial Analysis: The successful candidate will be responsible for applying geographic information science in response to intelligence needs using SIGINT data collected from foreign systems. This includes the application of temporal and spatial thinking in interpreting SIGINT data in geographic context. The candidate must have skills, knowledge, and abilities drawn from multiple disciplines to undertake spatial data manipulation, spatial data analysis, spatial statistical analysis, and spatial modeling.
- SIGINT Data Analysis: The candidate must have a fundamental knowledge of geospatial SIGINT data, analytical methods, and visualization, in addition to technical knowledge of target technologies. They will be required to use various systems and tools that facilitate spatial analysis.
- Reference Knowledge Databases: The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining or supporting the maintenance of reference knowledge databases and dissemination of intelligence.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Experience: The successful candidate must have at least 3 years' experience in geospatial analysis and/or geospatial information systems. Relevant experience must be in geospatial analysis and/or geospatial information systems, including work in an area directly related to an NSA mission (e.g., collection, cyber and intelligence analysis) and/or a similar mission in the IC or DoD.
- Education: A degree in geospatial information systems, geography, or a related field is preferred, but a degree in any field is acceptable. Formal/informal leadership experience is also preferred.
Estimated Salary
Based on the location of Honolulu, HI, and the requirements of the position, we estimate the salary for this role to be around $85,000 - $115,000 per annum, depending on experience.
