Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Geospatial Intelligence Specialist to support our business development efforts in support of INDOPACOM. The successful candidate will maintain geospatial databases, leverage ArcGIS and other tools, and perform all functional duties independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintains geospatial databases to support intelligence activities, exercise, and training events in theater.
  • Collects, processes, and standardizes data for ranges and training areas for OAIs related to Operations Pathways and other training and exercises west of the international date line (WIDL).
  • Leverages ArcGIS, Range Managers Tool Kit (RMTK) software, and other necessary tools and systems.
  • Performs all functional duties independently, with a Journeyman labor category having 3 to 10 years of experience and a BA/BS or MA/MS degree.

Requirements:

  • TS/SCI clearance requirement.
  • Heavy use of computing systems, PC or laptop, with phone use, sitting, or standing for extended periods of time.
  • Typing, reading from a computer screen, and sufficient mobility, including bending, reaching, turning, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner.
  • May require climbing, working at heights, and in small spaces, with the ability to sit, stoop, kneel, or crouch for long periods of time.
  • Work in noisy areas with hotter and colder temperatures than standard office environmental conditions, with the ability to lift and transport equipment up to 50 pounds.
  • May require travel to other sites, with limited travel required, up to 10% of the time.

Work Environment: Generally an office, with an inside environment that may be a cubicle, with close quarters, low to moderate noise, bright or dim lighting.

Equipment and Machines: Ability to operate office equipment, such as a personal computer, printer, copy machine, telephone, and other equipment, including desk supplies and other work-related tools as required.

Attendance: Regular hours will be Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm, with regular attendance of scheduled hours being extremely important, but not critical, except for deadlines and meetings.

Other Essential Functions: Must demonstrate professional behavior at all times when dealing with customers, management, and co-workers, with clear, concise, and accurate communications skills in English, both verbal and written.

Salary: The base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $82,000, with individual pay determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
