The Opportunity: As a seasoned project management professional, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our projects from concept to completion. You will be responsible for tracking and managing requirements, coordinating with program leadership and task leads, and supporting the development of execution plans. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective communication will make you a valuable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Track and manage requirements across multiple projects
  • Coordinate with program leadership and task leads to ensure seamless project execution
  • Support the development of execution plans and manage plan workflows and approvals
  • Draft SOPs and training guides, train task leads, and assist with forecasting the impacts of emerging requirements
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met and quality standards are maintained

Requirements:
  • Experience with data entry, database maintenance, data tracking and analysis, and reporting
  • Experience leading projects or teams
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
  • Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written form with multiple stakeholders
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice to Have:
  • Experience with Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence Community (IC), or FEDSIM programs
  • Experience with adding new work to a contract or supporting contract modifications
  • Experience with project or program management
  • Knowledge of business processes and workflows to track program requirement requests
  • Possession of strong organizational and time management skills
  • CAPM or PMP Certification
