Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of culinary strategies to enhance the dining experience for our residents and patients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of culinary operations, including menu planning, food production, and inventory management.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to culinary staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Conduct site visits to assess culinary operations and provide feedback to improve performance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our culinary operations remain innovative and competitive.
- 5+ years of progressive back-of-house food service management experience, preferably in a senior living or behavioral health setting.
- 2+ years of experience in a multi-unit, multi-venue setting, with a proven track record of success in culinary leadership and operations.
- Strong culinary skills, with a focus on menu planning, food production, and inventory management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, staff, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in menu management technology a plus.
