- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations

- Manage food inventory, ordering, and receiving to ensure accurate and timely delivery
- Partner with the Director of Food and Beverage to develop and implement menu plans and kitchen schedules
- Ensure compliance with local and third-party sanitation audits, maintaining accurate records and logs
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a food preparation position
- High school diploma or equivalent; college or culinary training preferred
- Hold and maintain a Manager's Food Handlers Permit
