Position Overview
The Customer Support Manager at Peak Rentals serves as a vital connection between clients and the organization. This role is essential in identifying client requirements, liaising with management, and facilitating effective communication.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Engaging with clients on a daily basis to evaluate their needs
- Working closely with the Operations Manager to fulfill client requests
- Delivering market insights and updates to the management team
- Providing necessary personnel and resources for operational tasks
- Ensuring the availability of staff and equipment as client demands change
- Developing and nurturing client relationships for future business opportunities
- Timely completion of all required documentation
- Upholding ethical standards in all client interactions
- Maintaining precise records of sales and prospecting activities
- Participating in training programs and safety initiatives
- Adhering to instructions and fulfilling assigned responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
- Expertise in oil and gas field services
- Experience in client-facing roles with strong relationship management capabilities
- Ability to influence client decisions and execute sales strategies
- Valid driver's license and proficiency in MS Office applications
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and planning skills
