Commercial Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Account Manager to join our team at Marsh McLennan Agency. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing our client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage client insurance programs, including documentation, surveys, and renewal applications.
- Prepare and deliver policy documents, certificates of insurance, and other necessary materials to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and meet client needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to provide expert guidance to clients.
- College degree preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in a related field, such as insurance or customer service.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
