Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at All Ways Caring HomeCare. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of quality care and customer service to our valued clients.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the quality of care and overall client satisfaction

• Supervising and providing guidance to our caregivers who provide direct care to our clients

• Managing employee scheduling, identifying problem situations, and implementing proactive solutions

• Maintaining strong and positive relationships with referral partners, payor sources, and clients

• Ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping

• Conducting periodic home visits and safety checks

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• An associate or bachelor's degree in business, nursing, social services, or a related field of study (per regulatory requirements)

• Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgment

• A valid driver's license and auto insurance

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent customer service skills
