Role Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our Recruiting Team by managing essential tasks that facilitate the hiring process. Your responsibilities will include executing offer documents for high-volume recruitment, overseeing the BatchGeo process, and assisting with various projects as directed by leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Recruiting Team by preparing and extending offer documents for candidates.
- Follow up with candidates to ensure all necessary offer documents are received.
- Upload all offer documents into the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Manage and respond to inquiries via the ABA email account.
- Maintain the weekly refresh of the Clinical/Coordinator daily numbers sheet.
- Oversee the All Market Recruiting Sheet and manage actions in Greenhouse.
- Assign incoming referrals to appropriate Recruiters.
- Handle internal transfer letters efficiently.
- Update job postings as needed.
- Create and distribute BatchGeo reports twice daily.
- Track and initiate payouts for candidate bonuses.
- Engage in additional projects as assigned by leadership.
- Ensure compliance with Centria's Code of Conduct, policies, and applicable laws.
- Report any violations of company policies or the Code of Conduct.
The hourly pay range for this position is $18-$20.
Qualifications:
Education:
Preferred candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
Experience:
Prior experience in a recruiting environment is preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in using laptop/desktop PCs.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel).
- Familiarity with G Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Google Meet).
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS is a plus.
- Ability to follow detailed written instructions.
- Proficient in computer and software applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Results-oriented with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Adaptable and able to work collaboratively or independently to achieve business goals.
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Flexible in accommodating unique requests as they arise.
- Proficient in spreadsheet software.
- Standard office hours are Monday through Friday.
- Adjustments to your schedule may be necessary to accommodate team needs.
- Occasional additional hours may be required to meet objectives.
Physical tasks may include bending, reaching, lifting, and pushing up to 50 pounds. This role primarily involves sitting, with periodic walking and standing. Close visual acuity for computer work and data analysis is required.
