We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Development Specialist Trainer to join our regional training team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to our direct care staff.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Facilitate new employee orientation and annual required trainings on a regional basis
  • Lead virtual trainings using Zoom, GoToMeeting, and Teams, and assist with technical issues with participating staff
  • Effectively use computer software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
  • Update our Learning Management System with completions, classes, and crucial data
  • Monitor all training components, including schedules, documentation, and materials
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of staff regarding training requirements and needs
  • Provide support for other trainers and assist with organizational and departmental in-service trainings
  • Coordinate training services and resources with staff to maximize benefits to persons served, programs, and staff


Qualifications:


  • A minimum of two years of experience/education related to teaching, staff training, and development of training programs/curricula
  • Proficient communication and interpersonal skills, as well as decision-making, time management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel to conduct necessary training
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, as needed
