We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Avancez Assembly. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, developing effective recruitment strategies, and managing the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.


Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-life cycle recruiting process to ensure a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Work closely with and build relationships with internal hiring managers and external sources of talent.
Utilize social media, applicant tracking system and other tools to effectively and efficiently attract and secure talent for the organization.
Maintain visible status of open positions along with progress toward closure.
Be a partner and strong resource for recruitment tools and process to the plant locations.
Assist in the development and facilitation of talent feeder programs such as internships, university campus recruiting approach, etc.

Initiate, organize and participate in job fairs and on-campus events
Develop and maintain relationships with local universities for entry-level and Co-Op candidates

Continually seek new and innovative ways to attract candidates.
Assist HR Management in creating and maintaining the Company's external employment brand, including but not limited to social media channels, job fair materials and participation in relevant outside organizations to attract talent.
Ensure the recruiting and onboarding process follows all aspects of the human resources quality management system.
Maintain management and team member confidence and protects organization operations by keeping information confidential; cautioning others regarding potential breaches.
Assist in the development and facilitation of a robust onboarding process to ensure an exceptional experience for new hires and hiring managers.
Work with hiring managers and HR Management to create job descriptions.
Manage applicant flow within ATS; source, screen resumes/candidates, coordinate interviews (may include arranging travel and hotel accommodations).
Advocate for the candidate to ensure overall good communication; prepare candidates for interviews, providing logistical information, interview schedule and other information as needed.
Ensure recruitment efforts are conducted in a manner that is unbiased and compliant with OFCCP requirements and all other applicant tracking requirements.
Facilitate interviewing and hiring best practices, policies, and laws.
Interview and facilitate/participate in selection decision process, verifying references, scheduling drug screens/physicals and prepare offers and issue offer letters.
Communicating project status and issues; resolving concerns; analyzing time and cost issues; preparing reports (for example, identifying and implementing new applicant tracking system, job description project, etc.).
Maintain relationship with recruitment agencies.
All other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required.
Experience: 2+ years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within manufacturing industry.

Strong knowledge of recruitment methods, systems and applications including social media and applicant tracking
Proven ability to build strong relationships, be a team player, and work as a trusted advisor.
Ability to identify and anticipate customer needs and make recommendations for implementation/provide excellent customer service.
Strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, identify trends and recommend solutions.
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities while meeting required deadlines.
Excellent follow up skills and accountability
Basic knowledge and application of federal and state employment laws.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
