At Hireology, we're on a mission to empower businesses to build outstanding teams. As a Mid Market Account Executive, you'll play a critical role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Qualify and develop new business opportunities within a defined territory
  • Own and drive the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiation
  • Build a strong pipeline of potential opportunities to ensure consistent quota attainment
  • Exceed sales objectives and quotas through strategic sales planning and execution
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and negotiate contract terms
  • Represent Hireology at trade shows and conferences
What We're Looking For:
  • A driven sales professional with 4+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building relationships
  • A metrics-driven approach to sales, with a focus on data and trends
