About the Role

Box is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our Mid-Market team. As a BDR Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Outbound Business Development Representatives, focusing on generating meetings, opportunities, and pipeline in net-new and customer accounts for our US Mid-Market segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, train, and manage a team of Outbound Business Development Representatives
  • Develop reps for career growth within the Box Sales organization
  • Work closely with Mid-market Sales Management to set expectations and manage relationships with AEs and BDRs
  • Motivate Individuals and team to exceed objectives through coaching and mentorship
  • Actively use salesforce.com to manage sales process, and set standards for performance metrics

Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience managing sales professionals
  • Proven record of sales success
  • Ability to hire and train new sales representatives
  • Experience successfully managing people to achieve performance goals
  • Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
  • Detailed knowledge of Box and the SaaS landscape
  • Passion for cloud technologies
