Job Summary:

This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with mid-market customers, developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with mid-market customers to understand their EHS program needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with internal teams, including customer success, solutions consulting, and marketing, to ensure seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the EHS industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
