Business Development Manager

Crawford Thomas Recruiting is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join its Tampa, FL subsidiary. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in market diversification, yachting, and luxury hotels, with a proven track record of establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a market penetration strategy to drive sales growth and increase market share.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, including regular visits and communication.
- Participate in trade show events to stay up-to-date on market intelligence and establish new contacts.
- Conduct market studies and develop sales plans to drive business growth.
- Negotiate pricing contracts and implement pricing strategies to improve market position and gross profit.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, with 7-10 years of experience in yachting and/or luxury hotels markets.
- Proven track record of market diversification or increasing market share in a specific business.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
