Job Title: Bartender

Department: Food & Beverage

Reports To: Food & Beverage Managers

Summary

The Bartender position is responsible for setting up assigned bar areas, working efficiently to ensure a quality experience for our guests, and communicating with management and other service staff regarding guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Bar Setup and Maintenance

Set up bar areas by opening time, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available.

2. Drink Service

Fulfill drink orders for guests and servers in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

3. Knowledge and Skills

Learn and maintain knowledge of our dining room drink menus, ensuring accurate and efficient service.

4. Cleanliness and Organization

Keep work areas clean and organized during shifts, adhering to health and safety standards.

5. Closing Duties

Perform closing duties, including restocking, cleaning, and sanitizing bar areas, as well as sweeping and mopping after every shift.

6. Communication and Teamwork

Communicate effectively with management and other service staff regarding guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback.

7. Adaptability and Flexibility

Be adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment, responding to changing situations and priorities as needed.
