Position Overview: As a Mixologist, you will be the face of our beverage service, ensuring that every guest enjoys a memorable experience. Your role is crucial in creating a vibrant atmosphere where guests feel welcomed and valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Successfully complete the TIPs/ABC Alcohol certification with a minimum score of 70%.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption to promote safety and responsible service.
• Provide prompt and attentive service to all guests.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain cleanliness and organization in all service areas.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
• Engage in continuous reaching, bending, lifting, and carrying.
• Remain stationary for prolonged durations as needed.

Qualifications:

• Must meet the legal age requirement to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and providing accurate change.
• Proficient reading skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer operations.
• Knowledge of beer, wine, and cocktail recipes.
• Excellent communication abilities.
