Position Overview: As a mixologist, you are expected to be sociable, approachable, and possess excellent interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities:

  • Successfully complete the TIPs/ABC Alcohol test with a minimum score of 70%.
  • Monitor and manage alcohol consumption among guests to ensure their safety.
  • Engage with guests promptly and attentively.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain cleanliness and ensure all areas are stocked according to company standards.

Essential Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to walk and stand for the duration of your scheduled shift.

  • Must meet the legal age requirement to serve alcoholic beverages as per state regulations.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Basic math skills for handling cash and providing accurate change.
  • Fundamental reading abilities.

  • Understanding of beer, wine, and familiarity with cocktail recipes.
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage specifications.
  • Awareness of workplace safety protocols.

Licenses and Certifications: eTIPs for various markets and A.B.C. for specific markets.
