I. POSITION SUMMARY
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Vendor Partnerships Manager, responsible for fostering relationships with ARA members and vendor collaborators. The Vendor Partnerships Manager will focus on identifying growth opportunities, negotiating agreements, and organizing ARA events.

II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
a. Identify and seek out potential vendors relevant to the convenience store sector.
b. Organize and oversee vendor meetings in collaboration with the Vendor Relations Committee.
c. Negotiate contracts, agreements, and terms of collaboration with vendors.
d. Summarize vendor proposals and draft the Customer Merchandising Agreement.
e. Coordinate and ensure the e-signing of all necessary program documents (CMA and NDA) by both Vendor and Internal Leadership.
f. Communicate program terms and conditions to all internal and external stakeholders.
g. Organize and participate in all business reviews.
h. Collaborate with various internal teams, including Territory Development Managers (TDM), Finance, and Legal, to gather information and align on requirements to ensure compliance and execution of all relevant promotional platforms.
i. Review weekly vendor performance metrics and proactively identify and discuss improvement opportunities with vendors.
j. Work closely with Field Operations to conduct site visits for compliance and information gathering.
k. Review and evaluate incoming candidates and coordinate interviews in conjunction with the Chief Operating Officer.
l. Additional responsibilities as assigned.

I. POSITION REQUIREMENTS
a. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
b. Ability to identify and leverage growth opportunities.
c. Experience in negotiating and managing contracts throughout their lifecycle.
d. Proven experience in planning and coordinating events.
e. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
f. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
g. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
h. Experience in the convenience store industry is essential.
i. Experience in the beverage sector is an advantage.
