  • Cultivate relationships with external partners to develop a pipeline of investment opportunities.
  • Analyze prospective investments including project feasibility, market risks, and financial return.
  • Complete due diligence, financial modeling, and analysis of LIHTC investments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to analyze and close investment opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with developers, sponsors, and lenders to ensure successful transactions.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and optimal returns.

Requirements

">
  • Bachelor's Degree in finance, business, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in investment analysis, real estate development, or financial services.

Compensation: $110,000 - $140,000 per year
