Agent Development Coordinator | Northern Vermont

As an Agent Development Coordinator, you will play a vital role in growing and developing our field agent force through cold market recruiting. You will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating potential candidates, as well as providing ongoing support to our field agents.
You will work closely with our recruitment team to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications for this role include a bachelor's degree, excellent communication and organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. The annual base salary is $58,000, with opportunities for additional earnings through commissions and bonuses.
