Community Engagement Coordinator

About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated Community Engagement Coordinator to join our team at Evernorth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating with internal teams and local partners to identify and share proven low-income resident services and eviction prevention strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct outreach and relationship building with Evernorth's syndication partner organizations in Maine and New Hampshire.
  • Manage community garden program including acting as liaison between affordable housing partners and the Vermont Garden Network.
  • Attend local and regional events and network with other housing professionals.
  • Research trends, policies, and best practices and share with Evernorth's tri-state partners.
  • Assist with resident outreach through interviews, surveys and focus groups.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience in affordable housing.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and advanced PowerPoint.
  • Strong written, verbal, and active listening skills.
Estimated Salary Range

$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
