As a Product Management Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations through effective product oversight within our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This role is essential for ensuring the precise creation and ongoing management of products. You will guide the organization in making informed decisions that align with our ERP framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executing and configuring operations within the ERP system, including bills of materials, labor standards, product specifications, and pricing.
  • Conducting evaluations and verifications to ensure the accuracy of setups.
  • Maintaining the ERP system in accordance with product lifecycle management protocols.
  • Representing management in change control discussions, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
  • Collaborating with the Change Control Analyst to verify the accuracy of information on change orders prior to approval.
  • Providing delivery timelines to ensure adherence to deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • U.S. citizenship or permanent residency to comply with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
  • High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in materials management, supply chain operations, engineering bill of materials, or change management.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high accuracy in all job functions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and complex formulas.
  • A proactive individual capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capability to thrive in a dynamic environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft.
