We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to contribute to our dynamic team working on significant construction projects. This role offers the opportunity to engage in various aspects of project management and estimation, ensuring the successful execution of multimillion-dollar ventures.


Key Responsibilities:
• Support the estimating process by participating in pre-bid meetings and conducting quantity take-offs.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project schedules for effective project control.
• Provide regular updates on installed quantities for productivity analysis.
• Manage document control procedures, including maintaining drawing logs and issuing documents to subcontractors.
• Prepare and submit submittal packages with shop drawings for necessary approvals.
• Track material status and maintain an updated project punch list.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager and Superintendent to analyze productivity reports and identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist in coordinating sub-bid solicitations and resource procurement, including suppliers and equipment.
• Facilitate daily coordination with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project progress.
• Ensure proper documentation for any additional work performed.
• Aid in the completion of 'As Built' drawings and project closeout requirements.
• Maintain project files and assist with contract administration tasks.
• Support financial management through change orders and tracking material, labor, and equipment costs.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Primavera is essential.
• Familiarity with BIM, GradeBeam, and Bluebeam is advantageous.
• OSHA 30-hour certification is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
• Ability to interpret plans and specifications accurately.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail are crucial.
• Capability to meet deadlines and follow through on tasks.
• Knowledge of construction practices and scheduling techniques is necessary.
• A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the construction sector is expected.
