FP&A Senior Analyst

The FP&A Senior Analyst role encompasses a wide range of financial responsibilities focused on planning, analysis, and reporting functions. This includes regular reporting of financial outcomes, forecasts, the annual budgeting process, and a 5-year strategic plan, along with providing financial support to various business units such as sales, marketing, supply chain, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development of the 5-year plan, budget, and forecasts at both P&L and balance sheet levels, ensuring accurate submission through corporate reporting tools.
  • Generate specific reports on net working capital (receivables and payables) for budgeting, forecasting, and month-end closing activities.
  • Prepare reports for capital expenditure tracking and forecasting.
  • Support the analysis and reporting of current financial results, highlighting variations against forecasts, budgets, and prior year results through explanatory analyses.
  • Facilitate the preparation of essential information for month-end closing and planning processes, focusing on revenue and EBITDA variations.
  • Assist in controlling net pricing for the USA entity by customer and product hierarchy.
  • Collaborate with the FP&A Manager on the development, implementation, and maintenance of financial systems and reports within planning repositories.
  • Create internal reports to monitor sales mix and margin, driving actionable insights for senior management.
  • Utilize Excel, Business Intelligence, and relevant software to analyze and summarize data, effectively communicating findings with finance and operational teams.
  • Participate in customer business case evaluations in collaboration with the sales team to ensure financial model KPIs align with financial requirements.
You bring these skills, experience & education:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
  • A minimum of six (6) years of experience in corporate FP&A.
  • Proficient in calculating comprehensive profit and loss forecasts and balance sheets.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, particularly Excel, including complex functions and data manipulation.
  • Experience in creating financial models and ad-hoc reports, preferably using MS Power BI or Qlikview.
